Prof. Miroslav serves as a Chair of Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) Chapter Middle East and is a Vice President and Provost at the SEE Institute – Hub of Sustainable Education, Research and innovation in the UAE, bringing extensive international academic and leadership experience. He previously served as Vice President for Research and Advancement at the American University in the Emirates (AUE) and Director of Research at Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM). Before moving to UAE he served as a Professor of Finance at the University of Maine Business School, USA. Holding dual doctorates in Industrial Management and Economic Sciences (Finance), he has built a distinguished scholarly profile over the past 30 years. His body of work includes more than 120 publications in high-ranking journals, five books, and numerous conference contributions.
