Dr. Hisham Kamel Madi is an Associate Professor of Accounting and the Coordinator of the Accounting Program at the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) in Muscat, Oman. He has a Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting from Universiti Utara Malaysia. His research centers on corporate governance, auditing, financial reporting, and the integration of artificial intelligence and sustainability practices in accounting and finance. Dr. Madi has published extensively in Scopus-indexed journals and co-edited several scholarly volumes with Springer Nature and IGI Global. His recent work focuses on audit quality, earnings management, and the impact of digital transformation on improving corporate transparency. He actively participates in international research collaborations and Erasmus+ projects, advancing evidence-based, ethical, and technology-driven approaches in accounting and business research across Oman and the surrounding region.
