Dr. Fadi Abdelfattah

Dr. Fadi Abdelfattah is an Associate Professor of Business Administration (Marketing) and Head of the Department of Business and Economics at the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) in Muscat, Oman. He holds a PhD in Management from Multimedia University, Malaysia, and an MBA from Middle East University, Jordan. His research focuses on consumer behavior, leadership, healthcare management, entrepreneurship and innovation, and technology adoption. Dr. Abdelfattah has published several articles in Scopus-indexed journals, contributed to books and book chapters, and presented at numerous international conferences. He has secured multiple research grants, supervised and examined numerous postgraduate theses, and serves on editorial and advisory boards of international journals. He also leads curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation initiatives that advance business and management education in the region.
