Dr. Wadhah Al Mandhari

Dr. Wadhah Hafidh Ali AL Mandhari (Associate Dean for Academic Affairs) at the Modern College of Business & Science (MCBS) worked previously as a strategic planning expert at the Oman Vision 2040 implementation follow-up unit. His work focused on supporting entities in achieving their goals towards Vision 2040 by developing a strategic KPIs framework and helping them align their strategic plans with the national goals. Before that, he was the Deputy Director for scientific and institutional research at Sultan Qaboos University. His duties include the development of a performance management framework, developing academic policies, and following up on the implementation of initiatives set by the national institutional accreditation authority. He finished his Ph.D. in Wireless Networks from the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo/Japan in wireless networks.
